The presenter won over the hearts of the nation on the latest series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! joining the likes of Boy George and Gill Scott in the Australian jungle. But as Scarlette Douglas heads back to the UK, she will resume filming for her Channel 4 property shows alongside her brother Stuart.
Scarlette rose to fame on A Place in the Sun, before going on to front Worst House on the Street and Flipping Fast with George Clarke.
Despite the hectic filming schedule, Scarlette and Stuart discussed the future of their new programmes in an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk.
No plans for a second series of Worst House on the Street have been confirmed, but the sibling duo remain hopeful.
Scarlette began: “Channel 4 like to do things with the idea of having future series in mind.

“We had a little hiatus but the channel always does things with the prospect of more series so it would be fantastic if we could do 20 years of this it would be amazing.”
The I’m A Celeb star went on to discuss how she and Stuart made history with their new programmes.
“There has never been a sibling duo on UK TV doing property,” she said.
“We are young, we are fresh, we are different and we are black and I want to celebrate that.
“You know we look at a lot of property shows and you see the same sort of people presenting them and I think that’s what I loved about Black to Front Day.
“Channel 4 looked at themselves and looked at the world that we live in and how diverse it is and how that’s not being represented on television and they wanted to make that change.”

“And being a part of that to now have our own spin-off show is a testament to them,” she explained. “And also a testament to Stuart and I and also a testament to people that have put the work in that aren’t being seen.
“And it is about being seen and we want to do that as best as we can.
“We want to show representation as best as we can, and I think this is a fantastic way of doing that.
“So I’m celebrating that, I’m celebrating the fact that we are a black brother-and-sister duo.”
Scarlette was the second star to be eliminated from I’m A Celebrity after Loose Women’s Charlene White.
The presenter broke down in tears after leaving the jungle but was there to cheer on the remaining campmates in the final.
Jill Scott, Owen Warner and Matt Hancock were the final three celebrities competing for the crown.
However, it was Lioness Jill who rose to victory after being crowned Queen of the jungle.
