Corso Como88 opened its first retail store at the Ayala the 30th, bringing distinctive luxury goods from Italy and the rest of Europe accessible to Filipino shoppers.
The store opened with an Italian night out inspired party celebrated by Manila's fashionable. With Marian Rivera, Sheila Romero and Tessa Prieto, among others, the guests partied the night away reminiscent of Milan's fashionable street with cocktails care of Aperol Spritz.
Corso Como 88 is the official distributor or Buti Pelleteria in the Philippines. The multi-brand store carries most Italian luxury brands such as Valentino, Etro, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gianni Chiarini, GgDB, Buti, Cuoieria Fiorentina, Avenue 67 Milan and European brands like Polene, Goyard, Delvaux, See by Chloe, Demellier, Moreau, Givenchy, Golden Goose, Hermes, Karl Lagerfeld, Miu Miu, Saint Laurent, Salvatore Ferragamo, Tods among others.
The brand started in 2008 when friends of owners Imelda Menguito and Valter Sciandra requested the sourcing of products casually. From then on, the business grew, and Corso Como 88 retail was born.
