Aims to strengthen Life’s GCC and India operations
Dubai: Life Board of Directors announced the appointment of acclaimed healthcare leader Sreenath Reddy as the Group Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Sreenath will manage the group’s diverse operations and expansions in the Gulf countries as well as the Indian subcontinent.
A chartered accountant and lawyer by profession, Sreenath brings along 20 plus years of experience in the senior management roles in healthcare. Prior to this assignment, he was with Aster DM Healthcare where he played a transformational role in its growth and development as a leading healthcare provider in India and the GCC.
In the earlier part of his career, Sreenath was instrumental in the development of Narayana Health into one of India’s leading healthcare organizations during his 10-year spell as the CFO. Sreenath is known for his business acumen and pragmatic leadership that has helped these organizations during his association with them.

Life Healthcare Group operates the largest network of pharmacies in the UAE with 370 stores and also operates 18 GP Clinics and 5 Medical Centers. Nutripharm, a subsidiary of Life is one the largest healthcare distributors in the country represents more than 170 brands.
Life ventured into Indian retail pharmacy market and has recently launched two pharmacy hypermarket. It is learnt that they are aiming to have 100 pharmacies and 15 pharmacy hypermarkets by the end of 2023in India.
